Building Communities In Collaboration with Bluegreen Architecture Inc.

ARPA Investments (ARPA) undertakes development projects carefully designed to align with the needs of a neighbourhood while meeting sustainable design and modern style.

Whether a project is a single-family residential home thoughtfully designed to maximize livability or a mixed-use development that revitalizes an area through innovative design and quality construction, ARPA is committed to building communities one development project at a time.

Over the years, ARPA has established strong business partnerships with many clients, organizations, and sub-trades in the Thompson-Okanagan region. The team knows that collaboration is essential to help enrich the neighbourhoods where they develop their mixed-use buildings.

One of these talented partners is Bluegreen Architecture Inc. (BGA), a firm with extensive experience providing successful and creative architectural solutions for commercial, institutional, multi-family, and single-family residential projects across British Columbia. ARPA and BGA have collaborated in numerous residential development projects like The Colours on Spirit Square, The Stollery Suites at Spirit Square, The Station on Tranquille, and most recently, Thompson Landing on Royal.

Since 1983, BGA has been at the leading edge of the green building movement and is consistently working to keep informed of sustainability innovations. The firm strongly believes in innovative building systems and incorporating energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems to create excellent modern living spaces.

In this rapidly changing design environment, innovation is especially essential in combining technology and aesthetics without compromising sustainability. The latest collaboration - Thompson Landing on Royal, a premier waterfront residential building on Royal Avenue on Kamloops’ North Shore – is one such example.

When designing Thompson Landing on Royal, the team of Architects at BGA took into consideration the unique qualities of the North Shore’s riverfront and its sensitivity to neighbouring properties. Future residents will appreciate the views of the Thompson River from every residential suite, including a central courtyard that serves as a meeting point for all neighbours.

With an eco-friendly design, the development will include environmentally sustainable features, such as low-carbon production, smart technologies, and electric vehicle charging stations. The aesthetic aspects of Thompson Landing on Royal include timeless and robust materials, such as brick, timber posts, and cedar shake.

The team at BGA brings their passion for contemporary design to each unique ARPA development that reflects the global styles of present-day design. ARPA is pleased to partner with BGA as both companies are committed to satisfying the needs of their clients with a focus on innovative, sustainable design.
