The Colours on Spirit Square

Project Started: Feb 15, 2020

Project Completed: April 30, 2021
Project Summary: The Colours on Spirit Square is a mixed-use residential development offering downtown living in the heart of Kamloops’ North Shore. The Colours on Spirit Square is a 38 unit building that features 2 level, 2-bedroom units with rooftop patios, loft suites with rooftop patios, micro, 1- & 2-bedroom suites, plus 7,000 square feet of commercial space which is the Yew Street Food Hall. The project was completed one month ahead of schedule and came in slightly under budget.  The project was sold out three months prior to completion.

  • 2022 Georgie Awards - Silver Finalist in the Best Public-Private Partnership category

  • 2022 Keystone Awards - Winner in the Best Multi-Family Low Rise (condo) category, finalist for Best Marketing Project Website, and finalist for Best Public Private Partnership.

  • 2021 Kamloops Chamber of Commerce & MNP Business Excellence Awards - Winner for the Development of the Year category

  • 2022 Hermes Creative Awards - Gold winner for the Print/Signage category for the The Colours on Spirit Square Community Fence Art Project

Elm Avenue Townhomes

Project Completed: April 2023

Project Summary: Each building is a 7-unit townhome style residence, constructed for Elizabeth Fry Society and BC Housing. 

 ​

  • 2023 Thompson-Okanagan Commercial Building Awards - Finalist in the Affordable Housing and Multi-Family Townhouse categories.

  • 2024 Keystone Awards - Finalist in the Best Public/Private Partnership and Best Semi-Detached or Town-Home Development

The Station on Tranquille

Project Started: February 5, 2018

Project Completed: September 30, 2019

Project Summary: The 200 block of Tranquille Road is the home of The Station on Tranquille. The development includes 1 bedroom + den and 2-bedroom units and is the first in Kamloops to develop micro suites. There are 47 condo units including 24 micro suites as well as over 10,000 square feet of commercial space that is fully utilized. The project was completed on time and within budget and all units were sold within two months of completion.

  • 2019 Keystone Award Silver Finalist.

Stollery Suites at Spirit Square

Project Started: May 1, 2019

Project Completed: September 30, 2020

Project Summary: Stollery Suites was completed for ASK Wellness Housing Society and BC Housing on a fixed price contract. The building includes 43 social housing units (one, accessible studio suite, one, accessible 1-bedroom suite, 29 studio suites and 12, 1-bedroom suites) as well as 3,000 square feet of office space. The project was completed on time and within budget.

The Innova Business and Innovation Centre

Project Completed: January 29, 2024
Project Summary: ARPA Investments Ltd. and Standard Office Space will manage the coworking space at The Innova Business and Innovation Centre. The building, located on 348 Tranquille Road on Kamloops’ North Shore, will serve as a vibrant and collaborative hub where entrepreneurs can find the support they need to succeed at all stages of their businesses.

Thompson Landing on Royal

Project Started: January 2023

Project Completed: in construction phase.

Project Summary: 207 Royal Avenue. Thompson Landing on Royal is a waterfront 64-unit condo project with two residential buildings overlooking the Thompson River.

The Vistas on Battle

Project Started: Jan 15, 2016

Project Completed: May 30, 2018

Project Summary: The Vistas on Battle is a condo building located at 777 Battle Street with 34 units. The project was completed on time and within 1% of budget. Financing was provided by Canadian Western Bank. The project also sold out prior to completion.

  • 2018 Keystone Awards - Winner in the for Best Multi-Family Development category.

Children’s Circle Daycare

Project Started: March 1, 2020

Project Completed: March 1, 2022

Project Summary: Children’s Circle Daycare has 11,025 square feet of childcare rooms, an indoor play area, afterschool care, flex-nap space and other areas for stroller storage and parking. The project was completed on time and within budget.

  • 2022 Thompson-Okanagan Commercial Building Awards - Finalist in the Community Institutional category.

Project Summary: 1270 Rogers Way. Pacific Pointe is a 104-unit condo project being constructed for Mundi Construction Ventures Ltd. ARPA Investments Ltd. is acting as general contract.
