Building Communities in Partnership with Mundi Construction Ltd.

ARPA Investments (ARPA) is focused on helping build communities one development project at a time. Although ARPA's main portfolio resides mostly on Kamloops’ North Shore, the team is working in collaboration on a new development project situated on Rogers Way in Aberdeen as the proud builder for Mundi Construction Ltd.’s Pacific Pointe project.

Like ARPA, Mundi Construction is an experienced development company and they have an

impressive portfolio that includes multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Founder Ron Mundi is the President and CEO of Mundi Construction Ltd. and Mundi Hotels. With a background in finance, Ron is a passionate business owner with 20 years of experience transforming properties into successful businesses in the tourism and hospitality sector throughout Western Canada.

“We are pleased to partner with a development company that shares a passion to help build communities,” said Joshua Knaak, partner with ARPA. “Like our company, Ron also values community involvement and has been a strong supporter of the Thompson Rivers University Trust Board and of the international student community for many years.”

In 2021, Mundi Hotels received approval to start construction on a hotel on Rogers Way, adding to its collection of 13 hotel properties. After the decrease in travel since the pandemic, the company decided to pivot and venture into the Kamloops' housing market. For Mundi, Pacific Pointe is new to the portfolio as the company historically develops or renovates hospitality properties.

The six-storey condo building includes one, two and three-bedroom suites, underground parking, indoor and outdoor amenities, a rooftop patio and three interior colour schemes for homeowners to choose from.

Construction is in full swing, with ARPA’s construction crews working on site since last October. “Our team has been working to ensure this development is built on time and to the highest quality,” noted Knaak. “We are pleased to partner with Mundi Construction Ltd., and look forward to seeing Pacific Pointe become a reality.”
