Building Communities with Kamloops NorthPaws

Kamloops takes pride in its vibrant and diverse community, where people can enjoy an endless list of recreational opportunities at some of Canada’s first-rate sports facilities.

Located in the heart of B.C., Kamloops is Canada’s Tournament Capital, hosting over 100 tournaments each year.

Kamloops NorthPaws, the latest collegiate summer baseball team and members of the West Coast League (WCL), have quickly become a community favourite. With Norbrock Stadium on McArthur Island Park as their home, NorthPaws owners Norm Daley and Neal Perry have been welcoming fans to enjoy the baseball season since the inception of the team in 2020.

In the 2022 season, the franchise’s opening season, the NorthPaws placed second in the North division with a 12-9 record, where 11 players had a very successful season, finishing in the top 10 in a variety of statistical standings across the WCL.

The team at ARPA Investments (ARPA) has been proud to support the NorthPaws during their opening season as a Triple Partner. It takes a community to support our local teams and athletes, and ARPA is committed to supporting local groups and initiatives as part of the company’s mission to help build communities.

“We believe sports are a great way for our community to come together. The local games are an opportunity to meet your neighbours, connect, and have fun,” remarked Joshua Knaak, one of the partners of ARPA. “We hope to see you at the ball field in 2023!”

The 2023 baseball season is just around the corner, and the NorthPaws will be hosting its first home opener game on June 6 against the Portland Pickles. ARPA is proud to show its support to the Kamloops NorthPaws and encourages all NorthPaws fans to take in a game at Norbrock Stadium this season.
