ARPA Investments develops and builds innovative and beautiful spaces to help build communities and neighbourhoods. Partners Joshua Knaak, Parm Mahal and Jas Mahal look at the community through a different lens as developers and problem solvers, finding great spaces overlooked by others, knowing that what they do can help revitalize a community or further enhance a community through their builds.
The Colours on Spirit Square won the award and recognition for Development of the Year and was done in partnership with ASK Wellness, the Stollery Foundation, the City of Kamloops, and many others. Through engagement with the community, we ensured our project was the right fit to help add vibrancy, security, and a sense of community to the neighbourhood.
