As construction continues at The Innova on Tranquille, ARPA Investments is preparing for the next phase of the project, with residential leasing expected to begin ahead of an estimated August occupancy.
Located at the corner of Clapperton and Tranquille Road, The Innova is a mixed-use development designed to bring new housing and commercial activity to Kamloops’ North Shore.
