ARPA Investments is proud to share that Joshua Knaak has received the 2026 President’s Award from the Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce, presented by outgoing Chamber President Sara Lawson during An Evening with the Chamber: Economic Outlook & Leadership Panel.

While the award recognizes Joshua’s leadership and contributions to the community, it also reflects the work of the entire ARPA Investments team. Alongside partners Parmjit Mahal and Jasbir Mahal, the group continues to advance initiatives that support Kamloops’ growth and long-term economic vitality.

Over the past several years, ARPA has played an active role in shaping environments for living, working, and connection across the city. With projects across Kamloops with many of them on the North Shore the team has helped deliver new homes, businesses, childcare facilities, a food hall, and community amenities, while contributing to local investment and employment.

The President’s Award is a discretionary honour presented annually by the Chamber President to recognize individuals whose leadership and dedication have made a meaningful impact on the local business landscape.

While presenting the award, Sara Lawson, Outgoing President of the Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce, highlighted the broader influence of Joshua’s leadership and ARPA’s work in Kamloops.

“I want to recognize Joshua as someone whose leadership, generosity and vision has shaped our city in ways that will be felt for generations to come,” she shared.

Joshua has long been involved in community leadership, serving as a past President of both the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce and the North Shore Business Improvement Association. This reflects a shared commitment within the ARPA team to building not only projects, but also vibrant and connected neighbourhoods.

For ARPA Investments, this recognition reflects the collective effort of the entire team, alongside the partners, trades, and collaborators who contribute to every project. Together, their work continues to support Kamloops’ growth while creating places that strengthen neighbourhoods and communities.
