One of the biggest highlights is Overlanders Day, hosted by the North Shore Business Improvement Association (NSBIA) and presented by Beem Credit Union. Taking place on July 19 at Brocklehurst Park, the free festival brings together families, local businesses, community organizations, and visitors for a day of live entertainment, food vendors, children's activities, a business and community expo, the popular Corgi Dog Races, and much more.

The community spirit continues throughout the month with the NSBIA Business Mixer on July 21 at Chances Casino, offering local professionals an opportunity to build and strengthen relationships within the business community. Later in the month, Ladies on the Shores (link) will welcome women from across Kamloops to the Kamloops Golf & Country Club for an afternoon focused on networking, conversation, and mutual support.
