Building Beyond Structures: ARPA's Commitment to Community and Excellence

At ARPA, our mission extends beyond constructing buildings; we are committed to building vibrant communities. As part of this mission, we believe that our greatest asset is our people - the hardworking construction teams and subtrades who help us transform our vision into a reality.

As we continue to make excellent progress on our most recent development - Thompson Landing on Royal - we want to take a moment to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone involved in this project. Each day, your efforts, skills, and dedication bring us closer to creating a vibrant community on Kamloops’ North Shore, setting a new standard for waterfront living in our city.

With the last flight of exterior stairs at Royal Two – one of the buildings at Thompson Landing on Royal - poured and the final floor on Royal One – the other building - installed, the remarkable efforts and attention to detail from our crews in each phase of this project have allowed construction to remain on track for its early-2025 completion target.

Additionally, workers are building water detention tank number two, which helps prevent flooding if the City’s infrastructure becomes overwhelmed. Sheetrocked firewalls are also currently in place and fireproofing has been installed, which will, in the event of a fire, help contain a fire within a unit and prevent flames from spreading.

Thank you to all the construction teams and subtrades for being an integral part of the ARPA team. Your perseverance, teamwork, and passion for excellence do not go unnoticed and it is because of your hard work that we are able to achieve these milestones and exceed expectations.

Stay tuned for more updates and photos as we continue to make progress at Thompson Landing on Royal.
