Celebrate Summer at the Yew Street Block Party – A North Shore Tradition Returns

The 3rd annual NSBIA Yew Street Block Party, proudly presented by Kamloops Ford Lincoln, is happening on Friday, June 7, from 1 to 5 p.m. at 107 Yew Street / Spirit Square. This much-anticipated North Shore event is a high-energy celebration of community, creativity, and local flavour, and it’s the perfect way to kick off the summer season.

Expect a whole afternoon of fun with entertainment that changes every hour, a Kid Zone featuring a giant inflatable, a Kamloops Art Party with crafts and face painting, and RoboThink Kamloops, bringing interactive robot activities for curious minds. Beloved local favourites like Sancho the Clown and Piper’s Kettle Corn will be on-site, along with appearances from crowd-pleasing mascots like Stormy, Digger, Herby, and Daphne the Unicorn, so don’t forget your camera!

Local vendors and food trucks will line the street, offering plenty to eat, drink, and explore. From shopping small to supporting local makers, there’s something for everyone, and yes, your pets are welcome too!
